What does a volunteer actually do ?
They are there to help with food collections, packing and any events associated with We Are .
Volontary workers can join the group on missions; e.g.: tag along when We Are travel to Syria to unload a container, deliver relief aids or sort out logistics. In a nutshell: it is about getting your hands dirty !
To make a good a volunteer you must be positive before anything else. You should be flexible, prone to endure unusual situations (We Are do not run package holidays) and fully understand where you are going and what you are doing.
If you wish to apply for voluntary work with We Are please send an email to volontario@weareonlus.org. You will later be interviewed to make sure you have the makings of an operating volunteer . Remember that all costs incurred for missions will be totally at your expense.
We Are never compensate any travel expenses unless you are a real professional who must be recruited for special missions. In this case, your application will be assessed by the Board of Directors who is in charge to provide you with a complimentary ticket.

If you are willing to donate a bit of your time, if you feel the need to do something to help those who have no other help if not your own one, if you think that when people work together it does not take much to really do much, then you are the person we are looking for.
